Hold on tight for this literary thrill ride

This is like strapping yourself into a rollercoaster or time machine and taking a thrilling ride into history.
Educational as well as entertaining, The Age of Exodus, a globetrotting adventure set in 1947, gives the reader a front row seat to defining events – and keeps you on the edge of it.
But for all his impressive knowledge of the past, author Gavin Scott doesn’t let historical detail overwhelm the plot.

That’s because, first and foremost, he is a great storyteller who delivers a page turning read which fans of the likes of John Buchan and Dan Brown will love.
And what a story this is as hero Duncan Forrester deals with dead bodies, demons, occultists, romantic complications and political intrigue.
Like all great rollercoaster rides, you’ll be sad when it’s over and want to go round again.
